Where do you deliver?

We offer domestic delivery within Malaysia.

How much does the shipping cost?

How long does delivery take?

Once you place your order, we will ship out the order within 24 hours from our warehouse in Malaysia.  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 3-10 working days upon receiving your tracking number, do let us know. Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

Where should I ship my items to?

Please ship it to somewhere where someone will be able to sign off for you if you’re not around as the parcels require signature for the courier to release the parcel.
In cases where they are unable to deliver it to you, please give the courier a call to rearrange for a re-delivery or a pick up, whichever more convenient for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

– Online Banking 

– UnionPay

– M Cash

– Debit/Credit card 

– e-Wallets (Touch ‘n Go, Boost)

 

We currently do not provide option for Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.

Can I amend my order?

Yes, but only within 24 hours after placing your order. To do so, please email us at support@goonbuy.asia

Can I add on an item after checking out?

Please make a new order as we are not able to add on item to existing orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but only within 24 hours upon placing your order. Terms and conditions apply. To do so, please email us at support@goonbuy.asia

What is the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order is shipped out, and you can track your order status via the tracking number. All orders will be shipped out within 24 hours upon order is placed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 3-10 working days upon receiving your tracking number do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

What is my tracking number?

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Do check your “Promotion” inbox or “Spam” for the email. If you’re unable to locate the email, please email us at support@goonbuy.asia so we can assist you with this.

I have received the wrong order!

We’re committed to serve you so please do not worry about this.

Do email us at support@goonbuy.asia for us to rearrange for the right order to be sent your way as soon as possible. 

I have a missing item

As all of our orders are manually fulfilled by our amazing fulfilment team, we believe that this is a human error but we are committed to make things right.

I'd like to make an exchange or return

Please refer HERE for our returns & exchange policy. 

To initiate a refund or an exchange, please submit via email to support@goonbuy.asia Do note that we have a 14 days of returns & exchange window.

My item is defective

We do have an extremely strict quality check in place but sometimes some will slip through the cracks but don’t worry. We’d be more than happy to send you your replacement item so submit your request via email to support@goonbuy.asia and our team will reach out to you shortly.
