RETURN POLICY

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product. With that in mind, we happily the following:-

Within 48  hours from the time you have received our product and online courses, you are entitled to

  • submit a cancel request with a 15% processing fee charged based on the purchased product and online courses’s purchase price.;

  • submit a replacement request within 48 hours from the time you have received a defective product. In such event, kindly take a video and send to us immediately once you have received the product evidencing that the product is damaged prior to your acceptance. You are to returned the damaged/defective product to us AFTER our confirmation of the same.

RETURN CANCELLATION OR RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT REQUEST

Please note that in the event of a return for cancellation or return for replacement request:

  • request MUST be done within 48 hours from your receipt of our product and online courses;
  • the returned product must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging together with all loose items intact, such as material specifications, packing box, invoice receipt (if applicable);

  • the returned product must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear; and

  • you shall return the item at own cost and we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter (in case of return for replacement).

Please note that Goonbuy reserves the full and absolute rights to reject return for cancellation or return for replacement requests for any returned item(s). Please take further notice that we shall only grant exchanges request once for each transaction.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE (ORREFUND) TO BE PROCESSED?

Please allow up to 7 working days for us to assess your return and process your replacement reques from the time we receive them. Once we received your refund request or item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request or returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item or request.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method  of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
